Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vanguardperformance.co.uk (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Vanguard Performance Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Vanguard Performance Group Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address and company number are available upon request by contacting support@vanguardperformance.co.uk.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — the actual product may vary slightly.

The VP-1 Pro and VP-1 Pod are sold for personal wellness and recovery use. We make no medical claims. Consult a physician before use if you have any cardiovascular condition, Raynaud's disease, hypertension, or are pregnant.

The Founders Round is a limited pre-order programme for 25 units at the advertised price. Units are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. By placing a Founders Round order you acknowledge:

—Your payment is collected at the time of order.—Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing or logistics.—Your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply (see Section 6).

All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely via Shop Pay (Shopify Payments) or Klarna. Klarna instalment plans are subject to Klarna's own terms and a credit check. We are not responsible for Klarna decisions. Interest-free plans are subject to approval.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. We cannot be held liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@vanguardperformance.co.uk with your order number. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

The VP-1 Pro chiller unit is covered by an 18-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

—Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications—Normal wear and consumable parts (filters)—Damage from failure to follow setup and maintenance instructions

To make a warranty claim, email support@vanguardperformance.co.uk with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanguard Performance Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, video, and design — is the property of Vanguard Performance Group Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
